Make time for creativity. It doesn’t matter what it is, fantasy, daydreams, or something more tangible. Stay involved with groups who share your passion. It doesn’t have to cost a lot of money. Singing in the shower can be creative. Do it because you love to, it doesn’t matter if anyone else wants to listen. Paint a painting and hang it on your wall, you’ll be proud of yourself everytime you see it. It doesn’t matter if its not perfect. Write a poem or a short story, or a long story, or a journal. Post your photos in your workplace so that you can look at them when taking a break. You are enough, you got this!
